BASICS PART I: FACILITATING CLARITY introduces the first 9 Clean Language questions used with everyday information or metaphors. You’ll learn a systematic questioning process, Symbolic Modeling, that brings clarity to any client issue. Practice with verbal, drawing and space-related approaches.
BASICS PART II: FACILITATING CHANGE continues to build on the basics by further developing your facilitating skills. You’ll learn powerful additional questions for working more deeply still with metaphors. We’ll emphasize ‘thinking like a modeler’—developing the logic of selecting questions and guiding a session when a client wants change.
