Gina Campbell, Facilitator

Gina Campbell has a Master in Education degree in Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Inspired by her work with journals and literature as counseling tools, she attained accreditation as a Certified Applied Poetry Facilitator through the National Federation for Biblio/Poetry Therapy, of which she was a board member and recent past president. She runs a poetry/journal group for mid-life adults who consider their challenges, met and unmet, by reflecting upon poems and responding with writings of their own.

Gina’s exploration of Symbolic Modeling began in 2003 with an intensive study course with its originators, Penny Tompkins and James Lawley, at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. Gina continued her studies at Omega, as well as in both England and France. She is a Certified Clean Facilitator (this title refers to ‘Clean Language’ as used in Symbolic Modeling.) Drawing on her more than 25 years of experience teaching in a variety of contexts, Gina has been offering training in Symbolic Modeling and Clean Language since 2005.

Gina offers Symbolic Modeling sessions for personal growth and development to private clients in her office in Baltimore, Maryland. She also offers sessions by phone (with no long distance expense for those in U.S. or Canada) and via Skype.  Contact Gina for more information.

Notice: As a developmental counselor, Gina is qualified to work with mentally healthy clients who are working through the sorts of life challenges and transitions that all humans may face at some point or another in their lives. These include  grief and loss, worry and stress, identifying passion or purpose, and determining one’s “next steps”. Clients with clinical-level mental illness, addictions, or debilitating depression should seek a licensed psychotherapist.
